CCFA sponsors Hula Hoop Contest at Gregory School Annual FunDay

June 14th, 2019

Students had an amazing FunDay which included a WaterSlide, Bounce House, Outdoor Games, FireTruck Tours, Hula Hoop, Face Painting and lots of fun things to eat like ice snow cones, popcorn, and hot dogs. A surprise visit by local Hip Hop artist King Rik who treated the entire school to unlimited delicious soft ice cream. He also spent time with students and did a concert. It was an amazing time for students and staff. Volunteers were on hand from Turner Construction Company and the Trenton Senior Citizens to join in the fun and help with the activities. Girl Scouts Troop 70231 and Boy Scouts Troop 8 give prizes and had a mock campsite. The Winners of the Hula Hoop Contest kept their Hula Hoop as a prize to go home with them. Ms. Jacquelynn M. Rice and her team did a fantastic job!
